2021 Nationals Board of Directors Information

2021 Nationals
The Board of Directors has expressed their appreciation for Dan Ruffcorn’s service and dedication to UFTA. Dan has served as a UFTA Director for many years. Working tirelessly with the Youth and Women’s at the Nationals each year. Dan also headed the Sponsors and donations of prizes for our Nationals. Thank you, Dan.

Tommy Wiley was re-elected to serve another term as Director and was elected by the Board to act as Secretary for UFTA. Thank you, Tommy for your continued service to UFTA.

Charless (Chuck) Fashing was elected as a Director for the North Division. Welcome Chuck. We appreciate your willingness to serve on the UFTA Board.

At the Board of Directors meeting, which is held annually at the Nationals, the Board adopted two new by-laws. They are as follows:

1. At the National Championship event, the manner of setting birds in the field will be determined by the Board of Directors. No cages will be allowed.
2. Effective March 1, 2021. The Board of Directors has decided that since the Flushing Division has grown, there will be a requirement of eight (8) dogs to have a sanctioned event. The number of events per day will be two (2) Flushing Open and two (2) Flushing Doubles.
