Rend Lake Golf Resort Lodging

For those of you not staying at the Rend Lake Resort, there is another option for your lodging only 5 miles away. The Rend Lake Golf Resort has 24 condominiums, 2 bedroom 2 bath, 3 bedroom 2 bath and 3 bedroom 3 bath and 46 rooms in there lodge available for rent the week of the nationals. All accommodations are competitively priced. The condominiums offer washer and dryer and fully furnished kitchen for those of you that do not want to eat out during your stay there. 2017 UFTA Nationals Youth Trial Update

As announced previously, Tommy Wiley of Wileys RUFFONBIRDS Kennel has generously offered to donate a German Shorthair puppy to support the Youth Division Trial at the 2017 Nationals at Rend Lake Resort in Whittington, IL. Along with that, In conjunction with that, Clay Moose agreed to provide at no charge, one month of training for that pup upon it coming of age.

Website Enhancements

At the annual meeting of the Board of Directors, the board members approved two new website enhancements.

2017 UFTA Nationals Youth Trial

As many of you know, one of the most entertaining events at our “Nationals” is watching our young competitors run in the Youth Division Trial. We are happy to announce that Tommy Wiley of Wileys RUFFONBIRDS Kennel will the Title Sponsor for this event at the upcoming 2017 Nationals at Rend Lake Resort in Whittington, IL. As such, Tommy will be donating a German Shorthaired Pointer puppy to be used as a giveaway for the event. In conjunction with that, Clay Moose has agreed to provide at no charge, one month of training for that pup upon it coming of age.
