This week's the "Pic of the Week" comes to us from April 8th & 9th trial hosted by Fairchild's Pheasant Farm in West Liberty, OH. Tiffany Compton, relative new comer displayed her marksmanship to all the other competitors on her way to 3rd place in the Open Pointing Division trial with dog, Oakley.

"A Look in the Rear View Mirror"

A look back at the 2008 Nationals held at Doublehead Resort in Town Creek, Alabama. This was the first year the nationals was held at Doublehead and where it would be held for the next 8 years. New Comer Wins First Trial

Congratulations to Joe Biebor (left) and his dog, Loomis on their first Open Pointing win at the Cherry Hill Pointing Dog Club Trial in Lavonia, GA on March 18th, 2017. Joe, Kyle "Bones" Bona (designated shooter) and Loomis outscored the rest of the 20 dog field to take home the victory.

Club Sponsorship Program Update

Kudos to Sportsman's Quail & Hunting Association of Henry, VA for their donation of $250.00 to support the Youth Trial at the 2017 UFTA Nationals.

Club Sponsorship Program

For this year’s Nationals, we have implemented a “Club Sponsorship Program” whereby member clubs can donate good and services to be used in a variety of ways to support our Nationals event. And, as a way to support some of our dedicated business partners / sponsors, we have negotiated some discounts with several sponsors for those clubs interested in participating in this program.

Jeff Higginbotham Wins First Trial

Congratulations to Jeff Higginbotham of Hayden, Alabama on his first UFTA win. He and his dog Max put together two four minute runs to out pace the other competitors at the November 19th Chilton County Club trial held in Jemison, Alabama. This is Jeff's first full year competing in UFTA.
